How the menu works: When you come into our shop, you can order a falafel sandwich, fries, a brownie, soda and/or lemonade. Once you order a falafel, we fix you a fresh sandwich within 2-5 minutes. You can see us frying it right in front of you! Then you get to use your creative talent and imagination to garnish your sandwich with some of our 18 different sauces and toppings. Our garnish bar has a wide array of sauces, salads and pickles that encompass both the traditional Middle Eastern, as well as the influence of the Dutch with their cream sauces and garlic flavours. We offer a selection of dressings for your fries as well, including traditional Dutch mayo, homemade peanut saus, malt vinegar, Old Bay seasoning and ketchup.		  
     
  If you would like to cater a party or a meeting, we offer catering at various different levels. We serve the salads in black, plastic, lazy-suzan-type platters, and then platters for the pita and falafel balls.

We would love to cater your function. Just call us in advance to arrange your event.

We prefer to cater in the immediate vicinity because falafels must be served shortly after productionto taste their best. The salad platters are prepared in advance, and we make the falafelballs 4 minutes before your scheduled arrival for pickup - so don't be late. This ensures that you have the freshest product.

You are more than welcome to decide which salads you would prefer, or we would be happy to pick them for you.
Platters come in lazy-susan style black plastic cater-wear, pitas are toasted, and balls are in a large plastic bowl
with tented foil to keep warm, but not allow too much steam to collect in the container.

We recommend that you place the food out for your guests immediately upon receiving it, or if not possible, then
transfer the balls to an oven-safe platter and allow it to sit covered in the oven at 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
