This is how the menu works: When you come into our shop, you can order a falafel sandwich, fries, a brownie, soda and/or lemonade. Once you order a falafel, we fix you a fresh sandwich within 2-5 minutes. You can see us frying it right in front of you! Then you get to use your creative talent and imagination to garnish your sandwich with some of our 21 different sauces and toppings.

Our garnish bar has a wide array of sauces, salads and pickles that encompass both the traditional Middle Eastern flavors, as well as the influence of the Dutch with their cream sauces and garlic. We offer a selection of dressings for your fries as well, including traditional Dutch mayo, homemade peanut 'saus', malt vinegar, Old Bay seasoning and ketchup. Pay attention to the topping-suggestions in the shop: they will help guide you to success.

Falafel sandwiches are served in a paper sleeve and fries in a cone. Our mission is to continue to reduce our footprint on the planet through smaller and smaller packaging. Watch the evolution.

Please call or fax us at least 24 hours in advance to arrange your event, so we have the opportunity to confirm that we can execute it for you.

If you would like to cater a party or a meeting, we offer catering at various different per-head pricing levels.

We prefer to cater in the immediate vicinity because falafel must be served shortly after production to taste its best. The salad platters are prepared in advance, and we make the falafel balls 4 minutes before your scheduled arrival for pickup - so don't be late. This ensures that you have the freshest product.

Most catering orders are picked up by the customer. Delivery is a possibility depending on the day and time of the event, for an additional charge of $25.00. Offsite catering can be arranged for outdoor events, complete with fryers and portable salad bar (please email for a quote).

You may decide which salads you would prefer, or we would be glad to pick them for you.

We serve the salads in black, plastic, lazy-suzan-style platters, and flat platters for the pita and bowls for the falafel balls. We recommend that you place the food out for your guests immediately upon arrival., or if not possible, then transfer the balls to an oven-safe platter and allow it to sit covered in the oven at 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
